Last weekend we took a road trip down to Columbus to go to the temple. It was a fun little overnight "vacation". Saturday morning Pete and I each did a session, while the other one watched Samuel. Then in the afternoon we went to the fabulous Columbus Zoo. I always come away with a renewed feeling when I go to the temple. Unfortunately with it being 2 1/2 hours away we don't make it often enough.
I forgot to take pictures when we were at the temple! I found this picture online.
It's a small, beautiful temple hiding among the trees.
This tiger was pacing back and forth in front of the window, it was pretty cool. Of course Samuel LOVED it!
Shortly after this picture was taken, I was putting the camera away and Pete said to me "Is that your water Samuel's drinking?" "NO!" ewwwww I was dying. He had picked up a a bottled water someone had left on the bench. Those of you who know me, know that I'm a HUGE germ freak and I was sick to my stomach the rest of the day. Pete said "well the worst that can happen is that he could get hepatitis or herpes."
Thank you honey now I feel a lot better.

What a great trip! I am so looking forward to out new temple. 10 minutes away gives me no excuse to not attend more regularly.
Look at all the adventures you get to have! You guys are dedicated going to the temple one at a time. I'm impressed. :)
