I made my first pie ever on Wednesday night. It was fun and I was bursting with pride when the finished product came out of the oven. I kept making Pete come and look at every successful step. It was a lot of fun. . .I think I'll do it again :) It tasted pretty good too! (note to self: join the gym - you ate too much and it shows!)

P.S. When I was buying sparking cider for Thanksgiving this year I too was laughing about our Thanksgiving together - that was so fun!
