or at least it's in the window
I saw this fun craft idea on A Pina Colada (borrowed from Ms. Martha Stewart) and I foolishly thought "that looks easy enough, even I can do it." I think I just need to realize being crafty just isn't my thing.
~big sigh~
Anyway this was my attempt to make our little house a bit festive.
If you'd like a try, go here. Please don't judge me when you see what they were supposed to look like.

I think it's way cute. The only real difference I see between yours and Martha's are different colors and different shapes -- which are a preference thing, anyway.
I thought it was tissue paper at first, but I like the crayon and waxed paper process. What's "kraft paper" or what did you use? Would parchment paper suffice?
SO CUTE!! I thought your picture was the one from the site! It looks awesome!
Thanks girls. Janelle I didn't know what craft paper was either - so I used card stock and it worked fine :)
Lori, I think yours looks awesome. I've been working for a week on a Valentine's Day craft I saw on Martha's site. It isn't difficult or time consuming, I'm just slow.
super cute! let's have a valentine's cookie exchange: http://blonde-designs.squarespace.com/
Looks cute Lori!! It makes me want to do something for Valentine's now!! PS. I love to look at your blog. Your little family is so cute and I love to see the cute things that Samuel is doing. He reminds me of Jack. :) Can we have him come over and play sometime soon??
omg, how adore are you? LOVE it! Happy love day!
You ARE crafty! Fun! Samuel is such a cute boy, and I had fun getting caught up on your blog. One of my favorites was the "hold on for dear life" with Santa pic. :) Priceless.
These are darling! I'm super impressed Lori! Don't you dare say you can't craft! They look so cute with the snow in background. And thanks for the love! That was super sweet of you to do a highlight. Thanks! You're the best.
