I've never been one to have much patience for sewing, quilting, cross-stitching, (redoing chairs found on the side of the road), etc. I want to see results immediately!
Strange since my mom is a fabulous seamstress, she made my beautiful wedding gown. What happened to me?!
So I have found the perfect hobby
- is it a hobby? I hope so, now I finally have something to fill in on those questionnaires! -
ANYWAY. . .drum roll please. . . .
Jewelry Night
I love this newish "club" we have in our ward. What could be better than getting together with the ladies, creating pretty earrings, bracelets, and necklaces, all the while munching on yummy treats. The best part - I have a finished project when I leave. One that I can wear the very next day. LOVE IT!
Oh and I forgot to mention, if I can do this - truly anyone can do it.
Not to worry, the chair is very close to being done. This weekend definitely. . .probably.

Hmmm. Wait a minute. Are you forgetting to give credit where credit is due for the ones I put together for you in the beginning? :) Just teasing. You're getting quite the collection. Can't wait to start up again in August or September.
VERY TRUE Sara!! I owe it all to you :) Thanks for being so patient with me. . .I think you only had to teach me like 12 times - does that sound right?! Ya I think that's right.
What a fun idea! I wish I had the talent and patience for that too!
